Move-out cleaning questions
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. An empty home lets us reach every cabinet, closet, and corner. Furniture left behind may limit what we can clean.
Do the power and water need to be on?
Yes. Your cleaner needs running water and working lights, so please keep utilities on until after your cleaning.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
We clean to a detailed move-out checklist, but deposit decisions are up to your landlord. Send us their checklist and we'll focus on those items.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to re-clean within 48 hours, at no charge. If it's still not right after the re-clean, we refund that visit.
