Questions, answered
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a door code or key. You choose what works for you when you book.
What if my regular cleaner is out?
We send another Sundial cleaner, briefed on your notes, and tell you ahead of time who is coming.
Does my cleaner bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and let us know.
Will you charge more if my home needs extra work?
Only if you agree first. If your home needs much more than a normal cleaning, like heavy buildup or more space than you booked, we tell you the extra cost before we start. Never after.
Can you handle hard water spots and desert dust?
Yes. Las Vegas hard water and dust are part of every job. Standard cleanings keep everyday buildup down, and a deep cleaning tackles soap scum, hard-water spots, vents, and baseboards.
Can I skip, reschedule, or cancel?
Yes. There's no contract and no sign-up fee. Skip, reschedule, or cancel free with 48 hours' notice. Changes inside 48 hours have a $50 fee, and half of it goes to your cleaner.
How fast do you reply?
Text or call Monday through Saturday, 7 AM–7 PM. We usually reply within 15 minutes. Messages after hours or on Sunday get an automatic reply, and we answer first thing the next morning.
